Team and Participation Requirements

Hello, thank you for this fine opportunity.

First, I was wondering if there is a limit to the team size (for instance, 4 to 8 members per team?).
Secondly, I noticed the rule book seems to restrict participation from Quebec (Canada). Did I make a wrong interpretation or are people like some of my team mates who are Quebec residents not allowed to compete?

  No, there is no team size limit, however your team members must be eligible to participate. With that said, residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate.   Hello Khimee,

  Thank you for your reply. In that case, by residency do you mean legally considered to be provincial resident or anyone who currently lives in the region? By this, I am a legal Canadian citizen and live/study in Quebec but am not considered Quebec resident by law. Likewise, some of my friends also have residency belonging to different provinces or countries outside Quebec but are currently enrolled in Quebecois school and live in Quebec. Are competitors in such circumstances allowed to participate? We are really looking forward to the opportunity.
