Heroku web server issues

Hi,
We've already deployed our bot server on Heroku. However, in the past hour, there have been some issues with Heroku. The site was reportedly down and our bot was unresponsive during this time. Our app is up and running now, but we were wondering if this would affect the judgement of our app as we didn't face this issue before and now it's too late to switch to another hosting site.
