    I looked through the article but I didn't see how to enter the User Id provided. I also try using Graph API and it's requesting access token. All the values I tried failed.

    Hi Jetro,

    Your App is in Development Mode
    Until your app has been submitted and approved for public use on Messenger, page tokens only allow your bot to interact with Facebook accounts that have been granted the Administrator, Developer, or Tester role for your app.
    To grant these roles to other Facebook accounts, go to the 'Roles' tab of your app settings.

    Open the App Dashboard and choose the app for which you want to manage test accounts. Select Roles then Test Users from the left hand side menu.

    Thanks Aleida. I added the judge id to the app tester role and one name appeared. But it's been in pending. Hope I was right?

    Hi Jetro,

    Yes, that is the same input many have given about that account ID. It is alright if it is still marked as pending because you just needed to have added it as a tester to your bot to qualify for judging. user id: 499418056
